When refunds apply
- Duplicate payment for the same bill;
- Successful payment but Premium not activated within 24 hours and we cannot fix it;
- Requests within 3 days of purchase where Premium features have not been used.
How to request
Email info@evpedia.online with your order number (starting with EVP), account email and proof of payment. We process within 7 business days and refund to the account you specify after verification.
Exclusions
Subscriptions running for more than 3 days or reasonably used are non-refundable, unless required by law.
