By using the EVPedia website and app operated by PT Indo Smart Media, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service
EVPedia provides electric car information, comparisons, a charging station map, articles and the AI assistant EVA. Some features are free; additional features are available with a Premium subscription.
2. Accuracy
Prices and specifications are estimates and may change without notice. AI answers may contain mistakes. Always confirm with official dealers or authorities before purchasing. EVPedia is not liable for losses from decisions based solely on information on the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for providing accurate data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Prohibited use
- Misusing EVA for illegal, hateful or harmful content;
- Automated scraping without permission;
- Attempting to breach, disrupt or overload the system;
- Submitting fake charging station data.
5. Premium & payments
Payments are processed by WinPay (bank Virtual Account and QRIS). Premium activates automatically once payment is verified and lasts for the plan duration. Unpaid bills expire after the deadline. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The EVPedia brand, logo, design and content are protected. Car brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled amicably, failing which through the Bale Bandung District Court.
